Call-out & Diagnostic
Covers the initial call-out, assessment and diagnosis.
Proceeding with the repair?
The $65 fee is waived, and you only pay the applicable repair price.
No repair carried out?
The $65 Call-out & Diagnostic fee applies.
Our Services
Call-out & Diagnostic
Assessment and troubleshooting to identify the problem.
Standard Service
For common software and support issues.
Emails, password resets, virus removal, software problems, general troubleshooting and basic internet connectivity issues on the computer or device.
Data Recovery & Transfer
Recover or transfer files, photos and documents between computers or to a suitable customer-supplied drive.
Storage can be provided at an additional cost after approval. Damaged drives may require specialist recovery.
Advanced Service
For more involved repairs and technical work.
Hardware replacement, Windows or Linux installation, system repairs, screen replacements and complex troubleshooting.
Parts quoted separately.
Networking Setup & Fix
Basic router or modem setup, configuration and troubleshooting is $85.
Wi-Fi booster or mesh system setup is an additional $30 overall, not per unit.
Any required hardware, cabling or other equipment not supplied by the customer will be quoted for approval before purchase.
Custom Tech Services
Multiple devices, specialised repairs and custom technical work outside the standard service scope.
Custom services start from $100.
Subcontractor pricing may vary depending on the job requirements and agreed service arrangements.
